All Instant On access points—AP11, AP11D, AP12, AP15, AP17, and AP22—have a two-year warranty. The warranty term starts the day the access point powers on or registers into the Instant On mobile app or web portal. Any access point sold prior to June 15 and that connected before June 15, 2021, have a one-year warranty. There are no extra steps for you to activate.
You’ll have 24x7 phone support for the first 90 days and chat support for the entire warranty period. The warranty is available wherever Instant On access points are sold.
Extend your support coverage by purchasing Aruba Foundation Care within 90 days of buying Instant On APs. You will receive 24x7 phone support for three years, priority software updates and next business day arrival of hardware, which is important to keep your business operations running smoothly.
