  • 1.  Upgrade to ap22 not working properly

    I just upgrade my ap15 to ap22 because of wifi6 .. but after i change it.. some my ipad , notebook dan Sony Tv can connect to wifi but can’t get internet .. but in same time my iphone ,samsung s20 can connect internet and working properly.
    Pls kind guide and advice.. how to solve it because if onternet have problem no one device cant connect to internet..

    Ap22 does have some known issues in latest firmware changelog. Also WPA3 could be the culprit, also a known issue there.

    Try disabling WPA3 for a change.

    Hope HPE releases a AP22 firmware fix soon, it's tough advising all to buy one, and later having to disable functions to get it running.
