Hi community!

There's something that I still don't understand quite clearly. Whenever there's a new software image for the site, will I see the newly added options when using the latest APP or web portal even if the APs in the site are not upgraded yet? And is the site accessible via the web portal while the software upgrade takes place?

@BjsalgadoM The app could be upgraded before the web portal and the features would be seen on the app but not available until the AP firmware is upgraded. When the web portal is still available but the AP depending on the status may or may not be available.
