    The system green light keeps flashing. AP got a IP address through my router. reset default not work: Reset the AP while powering up 1. Press and hold down the reset button using a small, narrow object such as a paper clip while the access point is not powered on (either via DC power or PoE). 2. Connect the power supply (DC or PoE) to the access point while the reset button is being held down. 3. Release the reset button on the access point after 15 seconds. ------- What can I do next ???

    @eisen Make sure that you have HTTP, HTTPS, and NTP open on your firewall. If this does not help please reach out to support for assistance.

    More than 90 days,the tac not support, they said only chat support.So...

    @eisen Chat support is still TAC support just through a chat session.

    @GThiesen But chat support cannot solve the problem.This is a new device, but it has been over 90 days since I got it.No console, reset not work,what can I do next?Throw it as trash?

    @eisen Please reach out to support via chat and give them a chance to assist you and if the AP is not working they can start the process to get the AP replaced for you as the warranty is 1 year.

    @GThiesen  Chat support can not access or "No agent are currently available, please try after sometime".

    give up all hope.
