Everything Instant On

Looking to purchase some APs but have questions. Any answers much appreciated. Can I restrict management access of the AP to wired network? Do I have to create an Aruba account? How long is data held in the cloud portal? Who has access to the data in cloud portal?

@dippy Instant ON is a cloud-based solution and is managed through this interface and has 2 accounts that can manage the portal.  

What data is collected and held in the portal? How long for?

@dippy Applications are stored for last 24 hours of usage. Alert history for the last 7 days.
