I'm about to add a support account to a couple of sites, but I need to provide read-only privileges to these new accounts, is there a way to do that?
@Ayoub Currently the second account that you add is also an administrator with full control. I will let the product management your request for a read-only account.

Can we add more than 2 accounts to a Site ?
@Ayoub We do not have an ETA for the feature of read-only account. And the current maximum is only 2 accounts per site.

Read only would be good to give to the end user so they can see what is going on but does not allow them to change any settings
