@bcrawfo2 I would check the support forums for macOS and WPA2 and WPA3 issues. You can also reach out to Instant ON support and have them review the logs to see if they can see any issues.
We recently identified an issue where certain clients had trouble connecting to SSIDs with WPA3 enabled. Changing the SSID to WPA2 gets rid of the connectivity issue. This issue will be fixed in an upcoming software version.
