    Must be it. Didn't realize AWS is having outage issue.

    i have the same issue - from Canada. logging on to the InstantOn cloud portal (either from mobile app or web front-end) shows no sites configured and/or error messages about site internet connectivity being offline

    i called Aruba Support. they confirmed there is indeed a cloud portal issue at the moment
