block specific application or site for 1 client

    Hi all,

    just wondering if it is possible to block a specific site for 1 client? 
    I want to prevent 1 client streaming youtube videos but can only find a way to block all streaming for all clients.
    its a bit all or nothing in the portal en not for just 1 specific client.
