  • 1.  AP12 onboarding error

    Hello there,

    I got a problem with AP12 - on power up, status light blinked green, then solid amber
    On the AP web UI page

    Onboarding Status: ERROR
    Onboarding Error: HTTP Error 0

    in pcap I can see the AP has acquired IP address from the DHCP server, and then sent request to join local IP multicast group, no other traffic after that

    Any suggestion what else should I look at?

    Make sure Ports 80, 443, and 123 are blocked by a firewall. If you are still having issues please reach out to support.
