  • 1.  Guest portal session re-authenticate

    Is there a setting to enable or disable on guest portal internal access method for user session timeout ? I don't want my users to have to agree to the terms every time they walk in and out of the building.  Have staff and guest network but I need guest to stay connected maybe 3 or 5 days and re-authenticate after a week maybe .  These are nursing home guests and some family members have to agree every day again.  Is there a way internal or external for this setting ?

    On the guest internal portal, there is not an option for how long you are authenticated. Depending on your external server you may have this option.
