Everything Instant On

I'm the defacto IT admin at a small business with two locations plus one full time remote worker. We currently use Ubiquiti Unifi switches, security gateway, and access points in these 3 sites, plus voip phones (a hosted/cloud voip provider). Looking at moving to InstantOn to replace aging Unifi equipment to gain easier cloud control/SDN without local SDN ("unifi controller") servers, and to get better support since Ubiquiti is limited. Wondering if anyone who has made the switch from Ubiquiti to Aruba InstantOn could comment on pros, cons, what you've learned, etc?

Be aware that the majority of management functions cannot be done through cloud management and must be done through local management.  Unfortunately, you cannot have the device locally managed and cloud-managed at the same time.  THis is a big issue for me as I can't even do something as simple as SNMP if the device is cloud managed.
