Everything Instant On

Hey,

I have already two Sites running, no problem at all.

Now I recommended InstantOn to someone else and he bought 2x AP22 and can't get them onboarded.
For testing he brought them over to me and I connected them. The AP is blinking amber/green as it should, If I open the webbrowser of the DHCP assigned IP it also give me the AP22 status page clearly saying "Waiting to be onboarded..." "2.0.1.0 (75411.1)"
It can fully access the Internet but I can't add it to the site, classical way of cellphone nearby did not find anything.

What next?

     I think the AP should have upgraded to the latest version 2.3.0 however I see its still 2.0.1.0. 
Could you try adding  the serial number manually and see if that works.

Found the Issue - well part of it - it's the switch used. there is a 24 Port Netgear PoE Switch involved.
Strange thing is: AP get connection and blinks amber/green but it never show up in the "Controller" 

Connected directly on the modem before the switch everything is fine.
