  • 1.  AP12 onboarding error

    I am dealing with AP12 access point that cannot get registered with InstantON.
    Network capture indicates the AP12 successfully got IT address assigned by DHCP server, synced up time with NTP, but after that, it won't go to the cloud service. the only traffic we can see is requests to join local IP multicast group.

    If I open Web UI, I can see
    Onboarding Status ERROR
    Onboarding Message HTTP Error 0

    Is there anything we can do to fix this?
