Instant On - Wireless

Hi. i was wondering for the initial setup, could i setup the AP12 without using DHCP? could i just set a static ip using the console port?  

For the initial setup, DHCP is mandatory.

Static IP configuration can be achieved through the InstantOn app to overwrite the DHCP configuration.

Please use following steps  

1. Click on Inventory, select the AP 

2. From the right corner select Static IP address 

3. Enable the knob and enter IP address/mask/Gateway info
