I have a weird issue. I have an AP that the portal says is active and offline at the same time. The AP website itself says success and connected. The lights are all green. The portal has the AP as orange. Says active and devices conencted to it but also says offline. Cant figure out what the issue is.
Would you mind contacting support so that they can look into it? Looks like the status of the AP is incorrectly reported in the portal.

It shows the two AP is normal in the detail list but the dashborad says that AP is offline
