Slow download on AP11 and AP15

Every wireless client seems to be limited to 10Mbits  In the UI I have the Bandwidth usage slider set to unlimited.

This happens on 4 devices, on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.  If I plugin a Unifi AP, that wireless is OK.

Upload from a wireless device performs well too.

    10.0.0.149 is wireless on 5ghz

    10.0.0.234 is wired.

I think I found the solution, I had WPA2 + WPA3 Personal turned off, so I was only using WPA2.  After enabling WPA3, my network speeds are as expected.

    EDIT:

This fixed the issue when connecting to the AP11 but not the AP15.  I've since tried removing the AP15 form the site and readding it.  That did not fix the issue.

I'm seeing this on two ap22 even on a wifi 6 client. Download is capped at 10 but upload is hitting about 20 which is half my upload speed.
