Currently I have AT&T U Verse fiber to the home and looks like I have a simple gigE cable going into their supplied router/AP.  Can I replace their router with the AP 11D? Desperately need better WI-FI. Looking to mess the 11D with an AP22. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Hi RC40,

Do you have TV service w/AT&T, or do you subscribe only to internet with them?

All Instant On APs support Router Mode and you will have to replicate the settings of the ATT router on the Instant On APs.

A quick look online tells me that this might not be too difficult to do:
    https://approvedmodem.com/att-compatible-dsl-modems/

Connect your AP11D or AP22 to the ATT modem as recommended in the article and turn off the wireless on the ATT modem.

AP11D/AP22 will already be in the bridge mode (by default) and no configuration is needed if ATT offers a DHCP IP address. If you face any issues, look at this documentation page: https://www.arubainstanton.com/techdocs/en/content/get-started/pppoe.htm

    Hope that helps.
