  • 1.  AP17 not start radio

    Hi all,

    I have same AP12 and one AP17. All AP12 I can see that radio are up. But in AP17 I don't see any information about radio. Also I don't see any radio near this AP.
    Why did not the radio module start at the AP17?

    The AP17 is an over the air installation make sure it is close to one of your AP12 to mesh it on the network. If you are still having issues please reach out to support.

    Now I configurated AP17 in new site there was change country (e.g. Poland) and this configuration AP working.
