Yes these are instant AP 505's.
We fixed this. Microsoft's May updates broke this on the domain controllers. Here is the workaround to apply to the DC in your environment, not required on the NPS and no reboot required.

Using Aruba Ap505 AP's with a 2019 NPS server. It's been working fine for months.
Firmware on the Aruba controller is 8.6.0.1_73707
Updated 4 windows security updates last night and it broke authentication.
Error in eventvwr on NPS is "A RADIUS message with the Code field set to 12, which is not valid, was received on port 1812 from RADIUS client Aruba AP. Valid values of the RADIUS Code field are documented in RFC 2865"
Anyone got a fix for this?
