Instant On - Wireless

We have 12 units of AP22 and one 1930 24G POE switch,. So connectivity is like that JIO internet router which is also act the DHCP server and 12  AP22 instanton AP connected through the 1930 24G POE switch via lan cable.  Following issue we are facing : 
1.  whenever a user moves from one AP to another then it does not move to another AP until it connection with previous AP lost or switch off/on the wireless of device.
2. Airplay also does not work during the roaming, when we move from one AP to another. 
3. Sometime, mostly some macbook does not get the IP from JIO router, on portal- it shows that macbook connected but gets APIPA (169.254.x.x), iphones, android phone and windows machine work fine at the same time.

Besides being a known issue is there a workaround for this? I'm getting so many complaints about this that I'm almost regretting getting these APs.
Is it only related to the APs or to other things as well?

This issue seems to be solved. Just try v2.2.0

It's to soon to say for the long run, but WPA2/3 Wi-Fi6 bla, all seems to work good with my devices.

So far 2.2.0 is looking promising for me to. I could easily reproduce the issue when my tablet moved directly under my 2nd ap. Now it's switching to the ap and connecting right away. I've also not had any device shown the cannot get up error yet.
