I have some confusion regarding how mobile app searches and finds the 1930 switches? does it do so by using bluetooth or active internet connection?
If its not bluetooth and 1930 is not connected to internet, how to manage and configure it?

Thanks for the link but its for local management only. I need to know if i can manage the switches from mobile app. I saw the video on youtube and it appears we can manage it from app but its not working in my case. Any help would be appreciated
1) I turned on the switch and connected port 1 to modem router which is acting as a DHCP server
2) I saw the cloud icon on the right side of the switch blinking in blue color,
3) i turned on the app and tried to search for devices but it didnt find any. Bluetooth was also on
Any ideas what i might be doing wrong?
