  • 1.  LACP Client not showing in Connected Clients

    Posted 12-27-2021 08:04 AM
I have a NAS configured to use a LACP link aggregation on my 1930 switch. Everything works and the device is on the network. However when i browse to the AIO portal and look at devices, the NAS is not listed there.

Is this an issue due to the LACP, or static IP?

    Thanks

    Hey Eliasz,

Can you give us more information regarding your configuration and whether you're in cloud mode?

    Hi,

    Sure, i have a 1930 switch, 1930 24G PoE 4SFP/SFP+ 195W. Version 1.0.5. It is cloud managed mode.

    The configuration is pretty simple:

I have a Synology DS920 setup with LACP. It's configured on two ports. The link is configured with untagged to my DMZ VLAN, and no tagged VLANs.

When i look at my clients table i do no see either MAC address for the interfaces on the Synology device. The client side shows LACP is established, and it has a 2gbps connection available. Please let me know if i can provide any more info.

Thanks for the screenshot provided, it looks the connection is established. If it's a third-party device, we may not be able to see them on the Aruba Instant On cloud portal.
