    I want to connect a Windows 10 PC with the switch at 10Gb.
    Is there a recommended SFP+ NIC what will be 100% compatible?

    Any SFP+ module will work cisco, hp, dell. DAC cables- any cheepo DAC from a amazon for 10 quid or used cisco etc but all DACS will throw an error light on the switch but diesnt affect anything.

    HP546 sfp+  etc, any used Melanox card from ebay pcie 2 or 3 will work. in windows 10. You might have to update the firmware on the card to the latest so HP is better as they have all the firmware easy to find and download.

    This switch is not fussy about DACS or SFP+ Modules in general.
