Unfortunately it appears the transceiver you purchased is not on the approved list for the 8 port's 1G SFP ports.. I've attached a snippet of the list but you can find the full list (including other 1930 series switches) by navigating to the top of the page on the AIO community, click Support > Documentation > Hardware Documentation > Wired Documentation.
What has worked for some other manufacturer's switches is setting the link speed manually. I'm not sure if this is even an option on AIO switches though. If you want to give it a shot you'll have to do so in Locally managed mode.

I used the Aruba J9283D 10G SFP+ 3m DAC Cable but the Switch Port Blinks Orange?
I bought these cables with the assumption that they would work with an original Aruba cable.Can you tell me why this doesn't work?
