  • 1.  VLAN problem

    Hello Team, I have a problem with a VLANs on my Switch. I created 2 VLANS and marked some ports as tagged. When I remove these ports from VLAN1 they stop communicating. Anybody can help me?

    For your second VLAN do you have DHCP servicing the clients and are getting IP address? Do you have routing turned on for the VLANS? Does your router know about the other VLANs?

    On my second VLAN I just have static IP. I dont have routing. When I remove any port of Management VLAN, the ping do not respond.

    You need to have routing to communicate off the default VLAN.
