    I am using a Switch only site with 3 x 1930 48G PoE 4SFP/SFP+ 370W
    All working great but the portal does not show any names or IP addresses of any connected client. I only get the MAC address.
    Is there a setting I have missed in the portal?

    All switches are cloud connected.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about this. Quick question, can you elaborate on what type of clients you're referring to? We haven't seen this issue and would like more information.

    Windows 10 desktop clients plugged directly into the switch.
    The console is showing the MAC address but the IP address is blank.
    If I plug a voip phone in then that displays the IP address and machine name

    Hi, I also encountered this problem and I was quite surprised. Is there an explanation why locally connected users with desktop windows do not see the name and IP?

    This information is based on the LLDP. Therefore, if the client connected does not provide LLDP info, the IP address and name will not be available in the UI. This has been confirmed with one Ethernet adapter connected to a Windows desktop.
