JL682A cloud led wouldn't turn on

    Hi all,

    I need your help. I got JL682A and it is working superbly and great!

    Only one thing - the cloud led indicator is not turning on. 
    Swithc is connected to an ISP gateway(router) and has ping outside to anywhere you want.
    Certificates of https were created. Switch restarted. Still nothing. 
    I didn't see anything suspicious in the logs. 

    Anything you may suggest to enable this feature of cloud management?
