I recently purchased a non-POE 24port 1930. On connecting it up, the cloud icon flashes orange and green, however, the Instant On app (Both on my iPhone, and the web portal) don't detect the switch, and give an error that "No instant on devices detected in this area".
What can I do to get my switch connected to the app?
