  • 1.  no alternating lights amber/green

    I cannot add my 1930 to the portal. It gets an IP. I can browse to it. I cannot see it on the network with my phone app.
    Suggestions?

    If you have AP's in the site already the switch must be in the same VLAN in order to work correctly and be seen.

    I unplugged it from the network. Plugged in a laptop and was able to get to it locally.
