    Hi

    I buy new instant on , we have issue
    Port plug to cable for connect to ip cctv, but dead port no indicator LED 
    I try connect to laptop also dead. But we change to other device and brand the cable is ok...why...instan on is new...
    We replace with other device(aruba isntant on) same.the issue...what wrong?​

    Hi Radito,

    I believe ports may have been turned off by default; try enabling the port(s) by assigning the intended network. 

    it should work.
