I would like to add an AP11D to my existing site to act as the router. Am I able to add to an existing site or do I need to remove all APs and start from scratch ?

Also can you run APs from different regions together ?

@JohnJ You will need to create a new site with the AP11D in router mode, and remove all AP's from the old site. You can only run AP's in a single region.

Surely that is counterproductive 

I need to remove all the ap's and custom config as well as WiFi networks and recreate all this in order to add a router to the site?

can an AP11D from region RW with an AP12 from US not be used together if the site is set to region US?

@JohnJ You can't mix regulatory domains in the same site. 

So I need to either delete the old site and create a new site?

1. is there a way to move networks from 1 site to the other

2. Do I need to reconfigure every AP on the network to add an AP11D as a router?

3. can I set the AP11D to use pppoe before on boarding and use it for the internet as the site would have no other router

@JohnJ Please take a look at the user guide for PPPoE, and the only way to move devices between site is to remove them from the first site and add them to the new site.
