MSP program is Aruba program for partners that sell their services in xssS mode. So instead of customer buying equipment, it buy service, for example WiFi connectivity, guest portal, analytics,... for a specified monthly fee. So you buy HW and services from Aruba and sell your services that include HW, support, consulting, monitoring... to the customer for monthly fee for example per AP , per service. When you need to replace APs, you don't need to ask customer as HW is yours. If customer need more coverage, more APs, switches, new services, just add these in increased monthly fee. Similar as subscription. When customer don't need a service or HW any more, you just redeploy it on another customer.

For most of our customers 25 devices are more than enough.
But we do have few in the SMB-Space for which 25 devices aren't enough.
Also schools often do have large space to cover by vlan and choose Ubiqiuiti.
I for myselve don't like Ubiquiti but I like how Aruba Instant On is evolving.
It would be great if there would be more devices possible. Often we just would need 30 or 35 devices and not hundreds of devices.
I didn't know about the Aruba MSP Program. Also much of our SMB-Customers don't like recurring subscriptions or are not ready or willing to use MSP-Services. Is the pricing for the MSP-Services attractive to SMB-Customers?

Yep.
It's hard to compete with Ubiquity on price alone. InstantOn is priced in this range, but has it's limitations.
Did you consider selling WiFi as a Service instead of selling HW? In this case you can join and use Aruba MSP program and sell managed wifi service to customers.

We mainly compete with Ubiquity Unifi at those customers.
They don't have any device limitation and are often chosen by customers that do need more than those 25 devices.

I know. I feel your pain. Been in same situation several times. You can divide this large space to smaller sites and then deploy APs and switches.
Or you can try to get Renew Aruba APs and switches for a low price.

It's just that we do have customers that are SMB-Customers but do have a large space to cover.
So the customer is a customer that is targeted for Instant On.
For example a nursing home that has a large space to cover but less than 100 Employees :)
For those customers the Larger Aruba Solutions and Aruba Central would be too expensive and we might have to use other vendors due to that.

If customer is in need for more than 25 APs per site, then InstantON is not most appropriate solution. Aruba Instant and 2530 or 6100 switches with Aruba Central would be better solution.

Each site can only have 25 devices in any combination of AP's and Switches per site. You can have up to 150 sites under a single login.

As I'm aware the limit of 25 devices is meant that Aruba InstantON AP cluster has max 25 APs in the cluster. You can have more than one cluster on site.
It could be possible, that you will need to put each cluster in it's own management vlan like Aruba Instant clusters.

we are currently selling Aruba Instant On to many of our SMB Customers.
Some of them do have Larger Buildings and need about 25 or a few more APs.
Before the Switches were announced, there was a limit of 25 APs per Site.
Now that there are the Switches, do these count towards these 25 Devices Limit?
So is there 25 APs or 25 Devices at all including the Switches?
We do already have some customers who have many APs and would like to include and centrally manage Aruba 1930 Switches but wouldn't be able to add the switches due the fact they already are on the limit of APs.
