Quick answer: no
Longer answer: Although the products are based on the same hardware (sometimes slight differences in terms of network ports and mount kits), the software is different and not interchangeable. There is no way to install the Aruba operating system (the regular IAP) to the SMB devices (Instant On). (not speaking of any weird black magic way).
Either you have to change everything to ION or get a normal Aruba AP if you want to manage them the same way...

Quick question: Can an Instant On accesspoint (the ones that you manage through the Aruba cloud portal) be added to a regular local IAP network? We have a bunch of IAP accesspoints here at the office and we added an Instant On model but it is not showing up in the list of accesspoints.
