I've had my AP22 running for a couple of years and I'm trying to add a new 1930 switch, but the Instant On portal is not detecting the device. My plan is to get the switch configuration staged before I swap it with my existing switch. The Cloud Status LED is flashing between green and orange so I know I've got solid connectivity to the cloud portal. When I try to search for the new device nothing is returned. I've tried from the app and the web portal with the same results.
Are there any requirements that the switch has to be on the same network as the AP?
