If there's CLI you can automate it with a script....
But I heard some conflicting information if CLI is available or not, probably depend on firmware.

On our local Web GUI, we have options to download/ upload configurations, not sure of any third-party software. In the case of cloud management of Instant On switches, the cloud portal will store the backup of the configurations which will automatically get synced when the switch comes online.
