Hey Sylvia,
To enable shared service options, tap the networks tile on the Instant On homepage. Then tap the advanced menu icon in the header, as shown below.
The steps are similar for the mobile app as well. You can tap on the tile that says networks, then go to the advanced menu icon in the header. Select shared services from the menu and slide the toggle switch next to shared services to the right. This will enable the shared services feature.

Hi all, am I missing something? I'm the admin on my network, and I'm following the steps in the user guides. But I can't find the "gear" that gives me advanced options in the Networks panel. This is where Shared Services are supposed to be...
I have the latest app version. And I'm also not finding it in the web portal.
