    Hi,

    Please bear with me as I'm new to this kind of stuff

    We have Aruba Instant On 1930 48G Class 4 PoE 4SFP/SFP+ 370W Switch VERSION 2.6.0

    I see here the latest version is 3.1.0 is it okay to upgrade the firmware from 2.6.0 to 3.1.0
    or is there any prerequisite before I can upgrade to the latest version?

    Hi Paolo,

    I updated several switches that still had old firmware (2.6.x / 2.7.x / 2.9.1) directly to version 3.1 without any issues.
    For switches that have been running for a long time, I always perform a reboot of the device before proceeding with the upgrade.
