    Hi folks,

    I've got a series of AP11 devices across 3 sites that I inherited from a now departed admin.  A few days ago someone noted that the captive portal wasn't connecting properly.  When I looked into it I realized that the guest portal was linked to Facebook Wi-fi.  When I try to go into the network to change the captive portal I'm not given the option to change to an internal or external poral now.  It only shows an error that something went wrong.

    This is happening across all three sites.

    How do I reset the captive portal for a site?

    Meta has discontinued facebook Wi-Fi, please refer to the below post on the same 

    Due to recent changes implemented by Facebook, we regret to inform you that the Facebook Wi-Fi service will no longer be available after June 12, 2023

    Yes, and I had already found this post; but what happens when you can't make the changes? 

    There is no option to change it to internal or external. It just gives me an error.
