Make sure you have the latest AIO App version installed on your Android.
If you have an iPhone by hand, throw the latest AIO App on it and delete the AP from there.

Instant AP can be factory defaulted by the following ways:
Hard Reset on the AP:
The Reset button on the Instant ON AP can be used to Factory Default the Instant ON AP.
Reset button is placed inside a small hole present on the back of the AP .
To reset the AP:
- Press and hold the reset button using a small, narrow object, such as a paper clip.
- Power OFF the AP.
- Power ON the AP while holding the reset button using paper clip. Within 5 seconds, the power LED flashes.
- Release the reset button.
The power LED flashes again within 15 seconds, which indicates that the reset is completed.The AP boots with the factory default settings.Then, the device can be moved to another site.
Reset APs via Mobile APP/WebUI
Removing device from the Device Inventory of the site will factory default the Instant AP.
In Mobile App
Click on Devices->Inventory -> More actions of the top right corner -> Remove from inventory
In WebUI
Devices-> Click on the device that needs to be factory defaulted -> Settings icon -> Remove from inventory
