Instant On - Wired

Hi,

You can only have one untagged vlan on a port on instant on switches, so here are some options:

Option 1) On the 1930 switch, make all ports have VLAN1 untagged & all ports have vlan192 tagged. Doing this means you can connect your APs or mikrotik to any port on the 1930.

Option 2) If you need to restrict access to vlan192 - then add VLAN1 untagged on all 1930 ports & only add VLAN192 tagged to port 1,3 and 4.

On the AP22, you will need to assign VLAN 1 as the untagged management VLAN and assign VLAN 192 to the "guest" wifi network .

If you have not already, you will need to configure dhcp on the mikrotik for vlan192, so devices connected to the guest wifi network are assigned IP addresses in the 192.x IP range.

I have set for default vlan1 port 1 included untagged, but how about setting for vlan192 port 1? I can't set vlan192 port 1 included untagged because its telling that port 1 already included for default vlan1
