Did you ever figure this out? It's not entirely clear to me what isn't working.
Each "normal" device should typically be connected to a single port on the switch, and that port should be an untagged member of just one VLAN (with the PVID set).
Each device that needs a more complex config should work when connected to a single port on the switch that is a tagged member of multiple VLANs and, optionally, an untagged member of a single VLAN (with the PVID set).
If you're having issues with this, try setting everything up as tagged for this port on the switch and on the device itself. Some devices don't play well with having both tagged and untagged VLAN traffic, especially if you're using a single physical interface and virtual adapters to handle the VLANs.
If you're doing something where a single device is connected to multiple ports on the switch for redundancy / speed, that's going to further complicate things.

Subject: Issue with setting up VLAN on Aruba 1930
Hi,
I've been trying to setup a VLAN network using an Aruba 1930 switch in local management mode for a few days now and I'm probably missing something obvious.
I have a basic setup of a linux machine that has eno2 interface configured. This machine serves as my router which is connected to the Aruba 1930 switch via port 12. On port 2 I have connected my laptop. When I manually set the IP on the laptop (or using DHCP) everything works as expected. Then I created a VLAN 15 on the linux machine as eno2.15 interface.
I have configured port 12 on switch as tagged VLAN 15 and port 2 as untagged VLAN 15 with PVID (native VLAN ID) as 15. I change the IP on laptop to the new network settings (different subnet defined as eno2.15). Nothing works. I'm using tcpdump on linux machine but nothing coming in. If I manually set VLAN ID on laptop to 15, it's working as expected and I see vlan 15 traffic in tcpdump. My desired setup is to not be setting up VLAN ID on every PC in my network but rather configure this on the switch.
An illustration might help to show what I'd like to achieve:
I've set up the Aruba 1930 switch as per the image above but still, here are the settings:
