I rebooted one yesterday via the local web interface since I'm getting ready to go on vacation and I want to make sure everything was sold after a power issue. It has 2 cameras (Axis M3115-LVE ), 2 APs (Ubiquiti NanoHD, 1 Axis A1601 door controller, and the wired backhaul connector. 1 Camera and the A1601 died. I tried disabling the POE on their ports, waiting, and then reenabling. Rebooting. Changed the ports on the switch to known working ports. Power-cycled the switch. Factory defaulted the switch. I tested the CAT5e cables. Lastly, I put in an old switch, still no joy. I plugged in a new door controller and the new one worked fine.
Has anyone seen an Aruba damage a connected piece of equipment?
