Hi

Struggling to do the following- using cloud management

Management  VLAN change from default to tagged VLAN 10 with the switch receiving DHCP IP address in that VLAN
I see this is doable on local management - but the settings cannot be kept when reverting to Cloud management ?

Am I missing anything here?

Hello Barry,

When moving AIO switch management from local to cloud, the local configurations are cleared as to move local management to cloud management a factory reset of the switch is needed.

The above can be done in the following steps, 

step1 : factory reset the switch 

step2: connect to the network, so that switch receives an IP address and ready for onboarding.

step2 : before onboarding to cloud portal, open the switch local web GUI and click on change network connectivity which will provide option to configure the uplink management VLAN for cloud managed switches.
