  • 1.  One client keeps losing connection to AP11

    Hi, I've two AP11 access points in my network. Most of my clients connect to either of them perfectly. One client, a Nokia Pure View 9 smartphone, keeps losing its connection to the wireless network. It doen't re-connect automatically either. I need to enter the credentials for the Wi-Fi- network again to connect to the network. 

    Has anyone else had this issue and knows where to look to resolve this?

    Hi, I would like to but that site states: 'Phone support is available for the first 90 days after the Aruba Instant On device is set up.' and the online chat seems to be offline...
