Hey Jon,
Can you let me know which 1930 Switch model and version of firmware you're using?

We have some 1930 switches configured with very basic STP configuration and also auto-voice-VLAN that puts voice traffic in VLAN 20.
Everything works fine until someone mistakenly connects the PC port of the IP phone to a second port on the switch.
I'm looking for any advice on how to prevent this from causing the switch to crash. If that particular IP phone stops working thats okay, but in the current state, after about 5 minutes the switch is totally unresponsive after accidentally double connecting an IP phone.
