I also have another site with 3 AP22. But there some differences - APs as access points without router function (with external router), APs just drop clients to switch ports, network services like DHCP, DNS, etc. provided by network. And in that site APs placement without overlapping in covering, so roam functionality can't be rated.

in your installation:
1) how many APs?
2) all APs as access or one of them as router?
3) how are they powered?
Todays one user say that random disconnect on his iPhone disconnects only on 2nd AP which powered by PoE from 1st device (router functionality). Now take bundled power supply and power 2nd AP by them instead PoE. This strange, because i can work on my laptop on this 2nd AP few hours without any problem and one of android-tv devices work with connection to 2nd AP fine. Laptop have problem only when roam. Will observe.

Subject: Randomly 'No internet connection on clients' on site with 2 APs
Hi. maybe somebody have idea how to fix 'no internet connection'.
site with two AP11D. One of them as router, another as AP. Two APs to provide fine coverage, placement with overlapping.
Some addressess in current timepoint:
- wan ip (DHCP) 46.36.*.*/22 but my ISP have many different pools. Now i see this address in InstantPortal for wan port. Sometime ISP provide real wan pools, sometime internal pool with NAT like 100.64.0.0/10
- route lan - 172.30.1.1/24
- AP - 172.30.1.161/24
- clients - dhcp 172.30.1.0/24
- AP11D connected by cable, E3 on router connected to E0 on AP, powered by PoE
- 2 SSID, all with WPA2 (WPA3 visibly not fine working on some clients) - one 5G-only (some smartphones sticky 2.4G), and one both radio SSID
Clients - ~15-20 devices totally, 80% different smartphones with Android (Nokia, Samsung, different OS versions, different models), few HP ProBook G8 with Win10.
Randomly smartphones 'lose' connection to Internet with connected to WiFi and one of laptops. Problem occure many months, no any changes with time and firmware upgrades, problem on smartphones occure more frequently with time.
My ProBook loose connection when roam from one AP to another. WiFi connected, i see that it connecected to nearest AP, but i find next (didn't investigate before):
- wifi connected
- associated AP changed
- laptop ip was 172.30.1.78/24
- pinging of router 172.30.1.1 crash
- laptop receive 'new' ip 100.74.49.108/18
when i back to first position and laptop return to 1st AP, previous ip 172.30.1.78/24 returned, pinging router also return.
This says to me that there big problem in aruba software which correctly serves roam.
Smartphones randomly have wifi logo with exclamation, i not shure that it tied with roam. Because some users just says that they simply seat on one place and loose connection.
Just now my samsung s22 without connection almost 1 hour. On phone i see ip 172.30.1.210/24.
On AIO portal also see same address and status 'good':
Connected to networkthrough device ****
using Wi-Fi 5
on 5 GHz radio.
Last data rate
download 200 Mbps
upload 6 Mbps
Connection health is Good
with a signal strength of 35 dBm

Uploading at 668 bps
ping 172.30.1.1 from phone - fault
