  • 1.  S0G18A modules show as non-compliant in logs despite being listed as compatible

    Hello,

We recently purchased two S0G18A 10GBT modules new for our 1960's series Instant On switch. Per the documentation below, these modules are listed as being compatible in multiple sources. However, when I slot them into the SFP+ ports, they blink orange and show as "1/51 - non-compliant SFP inserted" in the diagnostics logs. Is there anything configuration-wise I can do either via GUI or command-line to get them properly recognized?

    Thanks for any possible help,

    Mark

If your switch is not on the latest FW release I would suggest upgrade first. New SFPs get supported with new FW releases.

    Hi Mark.

Glat that the issue is now solved.
