Oncen you are inside the Aruba Instant On community, you will be able to create posts, ask questions, and get techinical support. Here we will outline how to do so.
Step 1:
Sign into your Aruba Instant On Community account.
Step 2a:
There are a couple ways to get to the discussion to create a post. The first is from the home page, you can select the AP in which you have a question about. This will direct you to tproducts discussion forum.
Step 3a:
When you land in the discussion forum you will then see the button "Start New Discussion". The button "Get APxx Support" will link you to the knowledge base for further product documentation.
Step 2b:
Click Community in the upper right part of the screen and select "Discuss"
Step 3b:
Select the appropriate product forum for your question.
Step 4b:
When you land in the discussion forum you will then see the button "Start New Discussion". The button "Get APxx Support" will link you to the knowledge base for further product documentation
Last Step:
Create your post.
