AP 11 Not Sync with Cloud

Hi there,

I have about 3 sites that need to deploy Instant On AP 11.

2 of them have been successful, but with this 3rd site deploy another firewall, this makes the APs can sync with the cloud, the AP will try to sync about 20 Min before shut down, I try to factory reset and sync again about 3 time but it not change anything.

I have try to open ports 80 and 443 and result is still the same . So does anyone have any ideas for this problem ? Which port is used for Cloud ?

@VuongTran Please make sure that you have NTP port 123 open as well and if you are still having issues please reach out to support for assistance.
